Di bagian refrain, pengulangan yang berat dari, “Saya tahu” menunjukkan bahwa Travis merasa muak dan terganggu oleh semua orang yang menilai dia karena penggunaan narkoba, namun, karena dia sangat kecanduan, meskipun orang-orang merawatnya, dia mengabaikannya seolah-olah dia merasa mereka tidak memperhatikannya.
